The menu is very extensive, so many yummy things. We started with 143 and 144 and got number 57 and 84 as our main entrees. The servers were efficient and nice. It was obvious the food was hitting our table as soon as it came out, it was fresh and delicious. I had a Thai iced tea, so creamy and delicious. The restaurant has a family ambience. Definitely will come back and recommend.

Been coming here for 20+ yrs growing up but having been in awhile and we came for lunch Friday. It was very quiet maybe 1 other table. I will say in past when busy it's hard to get service and their running around but there was 2 people and they kept checking on us. We got the Vietnamese fried egg rolls (best in town!), Black pepper Chicken and combo fried rice. The fried rice is the best so light and fluffy. I really wanted to get a rice noodle bowl but was just too much food. I remembered why I love this place after all these years. I usually order in Aurora Vietnamese where I live closer but it doesn't hold a candle to New Saigon on federal. Will be back whenever and as much as I can.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place! We did a cross country road trip and were on our way back west. Had been missing good Asian food the entire time! Plenty of parking in their lot. Went for a late lunch and the place had only 2 other parties inside. We were seated immediately. Additionally, service was definitely better than most Asian restaurants lol. We ordered the goi cuon (spring rolls), cha gio (eggrolls w/ veggies to wrap), pho dac biet (pho w/ lots of beef variants), pho tai (pho w/ rare steak), and a combination com tam (combination broken rice dish). Everything tasted amazing! Loved that the hoisin/peanut sauce for the spring rolls, the fish sauce for the eggrolls, and the pho broth were all great!

As a foodie I'm always down to finding new, good places to eat. Someone recommended this place to my husband so we decided to go. We got the combo plate. Essentially it's a deconstructed spring roll and you get to make it yourself which is part of the fun. Comes with rice paper wraps, rice noodles as well as a ton of fresh veggies. The plate itself includes egg rolls, fried soft shell crab, fried shrimp paste, grilled pork and grilled shrimp. Have had it a couple times now and it's just amazing!! I'd have to say we really have only had this when we go because it's so unique and tasty. So I can't speak for the other food they have here. If we lived closer we would go more often. But we've enjoyed visiting and bringing friends here. This feeds 4 people easily.

One of the best known Vietnamese restaurants in Denver! We have been coming here for over 20 years. It was my first introduction to Vietnamese cuisine and I have been hooked ever since. When I'm here, I always get their sweet tea to drink. It is not like southern sweet tea at all. The taste is almost like Lemon Nestea. They serve it with a lime and have free refills. We always order their spring rolls for an appetizer which comes with peanut sauce. We add sriracha to the sauce for a little garlicky kick. For my entree I almost always have the Vietnamese combination noodle bowl, but today I had their fried squid. It is lightly battered and tossed in lots of fresh garlic, red onions, and scallions. My daughter ordered a squid dish as well, but it was not battered. It came in a sweet and spicy sauce that had red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onions. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The serving sizes are so big we always have leftovers. The wait staff is friendly and our drinks were always full. They have ample parking which is a plus and the restaurant appears clean which is always a plus for me. It has TVs going, but the noise level is not too loud. It is a great place for dates, family meals, or big crowds. Come try it out if you want authentic Vietnamese cuisine!

New Saigon is a staple of Denver with very good reason. Not only is the food always delicious but it's also reasonable. The ambiance is a mix of upscale and hole in the wall. The menu offers an array of dishes. My favorite is the noodle bowl, however I decided to tried the whole fried fish. The ginger sauce was zesty and savory with a hint of sweetness. I ended up taking the rest home and making a beautiful stock with the bones. I would also highly suggest the Vietnamese coffee. Be careful not to order it too late at night unless you plan on staying up late!

One of my favorite pho spots in Denver thus far. Saw a lot of reviews online for this spot and my gosh was the food good!
